Moheeb H. Murray's practice is focused on commercial and products liability litigation. Mr. Murray is experienced in a wide array of legal issues, including commercial contract disputes, enforcement of covenants not to compete, landlord-tenant matters, misappropriation-of-trade-secrets claims, breach-of-warranty claims, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Murray also has experience in construction lien law and design professional malpractice matters. He has represented clients, including Fortune 500 companies and major non-profit organizations in arbitrations.
