Louise A. Kirk concentrates her practice on commercial and product-liability litigation. Her areas of expertise include breach of contract claims, warranty disputes, construction claims, employment matters and product-liability defense. She has successfully represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in both state and federal court proceedings. Prior to joining Bush Seyferth Kethledge & Paige, Ms. Kirk practiced at Kell & Lynch.
