Brian C. Kelly concentrates his practice on commercial and product liability litigation. He has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies, and has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. He also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation, and facilitation. Mr. Kelly is licensed to practice in the state courts of Michigan and Illinois. He also is licensed in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan, Western District of Michigan, and Northern District of Illinois, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and Ninth Circuit. Before joining the firm, Mr. Kelly practiced at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn in Detroit and Tressler Soderstrom Maloney & Priess in Chicago.
