Appellate Matters
- U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit: Obtained reversal of plaintiff's verdict, and order for entry of judgment in favor of defendant, on spoliation grounds. See 427 F.3d 939 (11th Cir. 2005), cert. denied 126 S.Ct 2967 (U.S. 2006).
- Michigan Supreme Court: Obtained Order affirming dismissal of wrongful death action on forum non conviens grounds. See 475 Mich. 598 (2006).
- U.S. Supreme Court: In a highly complex tax case, the Supreme Court substantially adopted the theory set forth in Ray Kethledge's amicus brief on behalf of the National Association of Manufacturers. See 532 U.S. 822 (2001).
- North Carolina Supreme Court and Court of Appeals: Obtained Order affirming dismissal of statewide class action for lack of standing. See 617 S.E. 2d 306 (N.C. App. 2005), affirmed 627 S.E. 2d 461 (N.C. 2006).
- Arizona Court of Appeals: Obtained Order affirming defense verdict and upholding spoliation sanctions in favor of DaimlerChrysler Corporation (2004).
