Commercial Disputes

Our attorneys have achieved successful results for our clients in a broad range of commercial disputes, including, most recently:

Unfair Competition/Trade Secrets:  Secured injunctive relief to enjoin the use of trade secrets and to enforce the terms of restrictive covenants in employment agreements.

Lanham Act:  Successfully pursued action seeking declaration that client's manufacture and sale of product did not violate the Lanham Act.

Contractual Disputes:  Enjoined suppliers from discontinuing the shipment of goods and threatening the shutdown of automobile assembly plants.

Securities Arbitration:  Won favorable awards on behalf of brokerage firms in disputes with customers and competitors.

Insurance Disputes:  Obtained summary judgment in federal and state courts on behalf of two insurers involving claims to recover life and disability benefits.
